PLEASE HELP

I Downloaded a enb mod and I loved it! but I had to reinstall skyrim and all my mods but never downloaded the enb and I got weird lighting problems when ever I walk. in First-Person then shades go crazy and when im in 3rd person a block of shade is on my characters right
