No there isn't any photoshop involved. What I did is this:
Downloaded and installed FNIS Zoo, there is a dragon there, copied its base id then run to the cave, used console command to bring a copy of the dragon to my location. The with console command I down scaled it. Then used console command TC (you have to ~ and click on the dragon.) took control of it and moved it around the cave, when I was happy with the position I consoled TC (to go back to my character.) and consoled TAI so to turn off its AI. Then moved my character, found a pose I liked and up scaled her to fit nicely. Then used TFC 1 to free the camera, FOV 20 to zoom in and TM to hide the HUB.
