I decided to try having a Time Lord character again, this time more human-looking rather than half cat. So I tried making the Ninth Doctor again, but wasn't satisfied. Then I tried Ten, but I couldn't find a brown suit and the character looked more like Cicero. But the search for a pinstripe suit did yield some results - March Madness, Craftable Sheogorath Suits! And thus, with a bit of tweaking and a new outfit, the Madman was created.
