I tried to redo the Khajiit companion Kharjo's looks, and it looks pretty cool, but for some reason it looks different in game, I'm going to contact a friend here on nexus and see if he can help me figure it out, of course if you know what's wrong please feel free to comment.

    Exporting the FaceGenData is done by selecting the actor from the list, and hitting CTRL-F4. If done correctly, you will be prompted with a dialogue box saying "Complete" or something like that. I am not sure exactly what it does, but it's just what you do for the "Grey head" bug. Hope it helps!

    Maybe you just forgot to export the FaceGenData
