The enb works under this bridge in riverwood, but walking out from under it it doesnt

i have no idea what the hell is going on. the enb used to work correctly for me but now ceases to function correctly anymore. ive tried re-installing it and everything, uninstalling ELFX and installing RLO in its place, and yet it still does not work. please help me.
