Something has gone wrong, the images in the description are disappeared
I'm working on it in these days...
Anyway with Kettlewitch tips i've improved the first and the tird helmet, the horns are now more defined and the carvings more clear.
Here's a preview (require a lot of work, but you can see how look in game):

The angles on the third variant horns may be fractionally too sharp, a quick, small bevel in blender/max will kill those lines and if you keep it small shouldn't mess with the textures too much.
Smooth vertices is one of my best friends in blender
