go to the mod page and there are 3 to 5 green buttons at the top on the right theres both download (NMM) which is with the nexus mod manager found here http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/modmanager/? and theres download manually which quite a few modders have guides to download and install these mods

she is wearing Demonhunter armor by jojjo
her sword and the place she is in are part of an old version of the black sacrament mod by amethyst deceiver
and she is a temptress by Psychos1s
And the pose is from a mod But i dont remember what mod it was... my bad :S
plus her hair style is from Apachii sky hair (not sure which version tho :S)
