Well, without really knowing what you're going for I can't really help too immensely, especially given the lack of side shots. But, as a general rule of thumb I can give a few personal opinions:
Raise her eyes slightly, they're a tiny bit low on the face, it also looks like they might be too deep as well but I can't be sure without sides.
Depending on what kind of a face you're going for you might consider finding a wider nose.
Lower the mouth juuuust slightly and if you have the ability, decrease the wideness on it a titch as well.
It could just be the angle, but I feel like you could give a little more strength to the jaw (aka widen it) (she is a nord after all)
I personally am a fan of higher brows that favor a less stern look, and hers right now are pretty low and also angled up. In that same vein, again, if you are able, you could raise her inner brow corners, cuz it looks like there's some pretty noticeable distortion goin' on there atm.
Otherwise man, looks good, the skin is great, good freckle distribution, lip colors solid, I might try a different hairstyle or eye color but that's pure preference at this point.
