Foggy Mountains at Night. I think the fog is from Climates Of Tamriel - Weather Patch 16, which has volumetric fog, so you can be surrounded by fog.
The landscape is dark and colorless, and this is fitting right here. It was quite impressive to ride trough these foggy mountains. Maybe some of this is conveyed by this picture.
