This is really nice. I love how the cities look at night. And it's interesting how they look different with different mods. I've had some good results with Ultra Realistic World Lighting, but I would be curious which mod(s) were used for this one.
There are quite a few in play in this image. I recently started over with Vanilla game and built up from there. I have ENB installed but disabled in this scene.

Thanks for the info. I've been watching Gopher use CoT recently and I generally prefer the more vivid sky of Ultra Realistic World Lighting, but CoT works very with your shot.
