But I am going to say this right away, before everybody starts blasting.
The developers are attempting to publish a game that will work for the majority.
That's where the money is!
If they were to tailor it to something like we see now available with all our texture mods, special effects, and enbs. That will exclude the majority, meaning less money.
Not saying it doesn't suck, both graphically or fiscally.
