   does take some time to get it to show..try a total pc restart as well...just for luck ... worked for me

   I restarted about 100 times, I even restarted my PC
   it's not there ... I was hoping I'd start modding today
   
   and it only shows 41 available tools in my menu must be a country limitation thing
