A look at the grip. Spliced from the Staff of Magnus (the grip shaft itself), and Auriel's Shield. As such, it will require Dawnguard. Sorry... it was the only shield grip I could splice that looked good with the shield.

For its effects, I think I'll go with a passive spell absorb chance, a ward when raised, and a drain 20 magicka over 2 seconds for a powerbash effect.
