Those textures and meshes might help as a solid base to build on along with what you already have. Very cool. I want to play as the Doctor for my next game and it would be awesome to have 10's coat & suit (layered like a cloak), 4's scarf, and maybe a collection of hats. Fallout had some pretty good models and textures as well, though I don't know how well those work in Skyrim.
Just my $0.02, but this is something I've been searching for ever since the first Tardis mod. All the clothes could be added to a new wardrobe inside the tardis, or somewhere else for people without the Tardis mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/35774/)
