Edit: Here we go. I tweaked her face via RaceMenu, but the Ethereal Elven Overhaul presets are really decent, you don't have to tweak them.

I need to pick up Coverwomen and Long Eye Lashes. Looks like I am using most of the same mods. I didn't install ECE and use its additional sliders. I wonder if that is what I am missing? You're not using ECE as well are you?
I have all the facial morphs installed from CharGen Extension, but all of my elves are horribly gaunt. Maybe I am missing a preset somewhere. Or I need to change my load order with EEO.
No, I don't use it either. It's incompatible with EEO, at least they state it at the ECE site. I'm using the RaceMenu, but I listed it with the other mods I used for her
I don't know o: I tweaked her and picked a EEO preset, I made her eyes smaller, rotated them, I edited her nose and lips... yeah
I never bothered to download the compatable Morphs from Chargen Extension
