The only thing, if i had to say something, is that you got 12 sides on the cylinder at the end of the handle and you can clearly see the faces, i think you could go to 24 or 36 without increasing a lot polycount, and will make it a lot smoother. but anyway that's not really important, it's not very noticeable and doesnt affect the overall awesomeness.
You absolutely right dude and I'm rebuilding a lot of the mesh.
I moved over to 3ds max there a while ago and still don't have the new workflow 100% but I'm getting better results I think. I know my metal was a bit washed out and bright before so been trying to get it darker with sharper details as well.
Never mind that rubbish, just spotted your new development shots. Awesome!!!!!!
Did you get your hard drive fixed? I'm looking forward to the Draugr Deathlord stuff your doing, hope it didn't put you too far behind.
Thanks again for always checking out my stuff dude
I should have been doing that knife for Aeja but I wanted a new mesh to try a different metal workflow with.
I put up a second shot with better lighting that shows the new metal better. Let me know what you think.
Yeah it's like a Torc or something and criminally underused. Simple and elegant and covered in shading artefacts in this version
thanks for stopping by dude.
This is awesome! I hope you release it soon.
not finished yet and there's lots of shading artefacts to fix but hoping to put out a weapon pack soon and this will be in it along with a Sparth axe for any Scots/Gaelic mercenaries out there.
Thanks for the support mate.
