Edited the animation a little bit, so it (Hopefully) looks more organic. Stretched the wings out a bit, tails sways a little bit more, etc

    usually when a creature flaps its wings its body at the shoulder is pulled up, its head drops, and its tail does as well. the wings should also flap with more bending, as in the wing doesn't stay stiff it curls outwards away from the body on downward flap and inwards toward the body on an upward flap, to show that there is air resistance, but otherwise fantastic model, and great start.
