      Do you have many script-heavy mods (Frostfall, etc.)?
      
      Might wanna try uninstalling some of those, even though you might like them...

      Sorry guys, I stumbled onto this, and I know there's a frustrating problem here, but...
      "Your character's bust takes up too much VRAM" is possibly the comment of the year. There are 354 days remaining in the year, and I'm not usually a betting man, but I'd wager on this.
