Dagri - Gods Ambrosia, you are going to get us thrown in the Dragons Reach jail if you don't stop playing that thing in the middle of the street at 2am.
Guard - You there, I need to ask you to stop making that gods awful noise!!
Ambrosia - And if I don't what are you going to do?
Which ended up as a chase around Whiterun until at which time they proceed to throw her in jail. All over a little drunken music.

Lemme guess: Ambrosia playing the lute while hammered-drunk is like Lurbuk, the awfully untalented resident Orc "Bard" of the Moorside Inn in Morthal, playing it sober, never mind him singing along!
Making that kind of loud racket at 2AM would definitely tend to p*ss-off the guards, all right....^^
Now, how much ca$h does Dagri have on him? Can he afford to pay her bail and/or fine for " Disturbing the Peace" and spring her outta the "clink"? ^^
This is a PRIME example of being "high-maintenance"...I'm not sure how else one could possibly and accurately describe this VERY embarrassing and expen$ive situation...^^

Well Dagri did have enough gold on her to bail her out but lucky Lydia can not stand to see her Thane in trouble she was right there making sure those guards knew who they had in jail and had her out in a flash, sure when she got done those guards wont be arresting Ambrosia for a day or two.
High maintenance lmao, that she is I am sure and also sure Dagri will make sure she knows she embarrassed him, being an ex Thalmor he does hate to look improper you know .
