No, No, NO that man can not have DD body, he is a sick twisted man who wants to take over the world, or at least Skyrim first ....he needs to be stopped, cold , like put in a grave, never come back cold. I hope the girls soon find out he is in Skyrim, I do fear danger is coming for them...
Dagri and Ambrosia did run in to a boat full of Thalmor just down the river from Raven Rock they are chilling on ice as we speak...

Speaking of Windhelm, I guess the damage that Falisa and her Thalmor forces previously did to that City in their assault (in your "co-conspirator" HTH Marina's story) was NOT nearly as serious as it was first reported; perhaps all was repaired since then, and/or those "reports" were probably just arrogant but very cleverly-fabricated Thalmor propaganda, designed specifically to horrify and demoralize Skyrim's True Nords with another "Night Of Tears"....^^
(Gotta be SOME explanation for Windhelm looking so relatively intact and un-charred^^....)

Love that you caught the little "Me er us" slip of the good Doctor. Susspecting a little bit of Megalomania on his part.
As for Windhelm, no it was quite burnt out, but one of the things that Nords can do well is rebuild, and it seems they have been quite busy in Windhelm. (And fortunately most their structures are stone)
As for Ulfric, the Bard in CandleHearth just changed the words to "Hail to Ulfric, he is the fried King"
