    It's not skyrimpref.ini but the skse.ini located in data/skse. Check Xenius's Hi-res Warpaint mod for more informations!

    you should edit your skiyrimprefts.ini to make those warpaints less pixelated i don't remember anymore how but u should find it easily
    oh and nice titties
