Added Sweet FX to my game and bam here are the results.

Downloaded the mod "I Can't Believe It's Not an ENB" and installed them, the default settings were nice but I tweaked them and finally got this. I finally got the texture to actually look HD with no performance hit AT ALL, I'm actually running my game 4xAA and 4xAF with FXAA on, and getting over 60 fps, when in vanilla I'd get like 15-30 depending on where I was.

If you want an ENB looking game with no performance hit, besides 1-2 FPS then I'd suggest downloading SweetFX, or the "I Can't Believe It's Not an ENB" mod and try it out youself.
