I hate WorldSpace NavMesh

Due to some very annoying and infuriating difficulties with getting the worldspace navmesh to align correctly, I had to scrap my original design and came up with this one. This version is actually an improvement over the last one as it adds two balconies. Here is the house and landscape mockup without the trees and other plant life. I will add those once I am done placing everything on the house and within the estate. Please comment and endorse if you like it so far. Thanks.
