   i even did a complete renew and install no mods and default settings.. after that i tried every settings possible.. and still it never goes away.
   
   It only shows when fire light is reflecting on to faces and bodies.
   
   It gets worse depending on the retex you are using.. but its even apparent with defaults
   
   its a real unpleasant effect

   You could try saving the game when the lines show up..then start taking away graphics features until you narrow down the offending settings. I'd start with the skyrim 'advanced' options first. If that doesn't seem to help it might be an issue with one of the installed mods as well so check back to ones you installed, and see if there's updates. The game is glitchy though. Do make sure your graphics drivers are always up to date. Happy gaming!

   a new driver might fix it, if it improves (or enables) ambient occlusion.

   It has to do with the normal maps / textures. Unfortunately, I don't know of a fix for it. I get the same thing when the light source is behind my character.
