Badass in black. All he needs now is an epic quest ark to hunt the Dragonborn. Seriously, I would be afraid of this guy.
You should really consider contacting one of the quest modders here on the nexus and/or contact Interesting NPC's team and get this guy a voice actor! IMHO he is a really nice balance between lore-friendly and truly unique. I imagine a Dark Brotherhood Listener would look like this.
