Talk about "catching more flies with honey than vinegar!" I loved how Frigga totally sweet-talked Lena, the pathetically INBRED guard so easily! I guess Lena's parents were a bit too "close" for genetic comfort....^^
Leave it to Brynjolf to thoroughly embarrass poor Issac! Lol!

Where did you get that crane in the centre of town? is it from a mod?^^
Endorsed. Warm and kind thanks and cheers, Jo!

Great story! I will have to work around the text bugs myself. Those snow shots are awesome! I am afraid to install it tough - it took me months to get a super stable game with no issues where all my textures and mods work nicely together - it was a very careful balancing act of things like Cabal's landscape, Vivid landscapes, LoD mods, water, tree textures, snow and road textures, and Vurts Flora overhaul. It all works ... afraid if I toss in something like the snow overhaul it will blow up in my face!

But man they look sweet in your images. That picture getting water by the river was simply divine - so well matched to the story. I admire your patience in doing things like that, as well as your creativity. It is all those little details that add so much to your writing and showcases that make them special.

The "return" to the guild was also great - I liked seeing how everyone reacted to Frigga and how she reacted in turn. It made it feel like it was her family. When I did those quests I always felt like that - like I belonged in a way. It was always at odds with the deeds you had to do themself ... something I struggle with now. But I like that Frigga is confident and strong in what she does. How you hanled Issacs return was also wonderful.

Your writing is smooth and easy to read, a pleasure indeed.

Ah yes I went around and copied quotationmarks from Tumblr(which for some reason work as they look different) and removed all the dotty things between all the don t its it s etc etc.

I adore the winter overhaul! But I had to put it aside with the last installation because the overhaul slowed down my game immensly and fps drops. Too bad too bad, I guess spring comes early for these guys! /retcon.

      Thanks!

Good to see Isaac being a little more sober, his sister noticing him sitting a little more steadily on his saddle though that bitterness has not quite faded away. Really like the descriptions of Isaac's thoughts as he gazed on those lands, the trees that provide that shelter from the winds, that mention of the plains under siege by Kynareth's playful dances. Seems Isaac still wants that drink rather than that cold water though his thirst said otherwise. I liked that touch of concern Isaac had for Frigga as she cleansed her face and scalp, not wanting her to catch cold even if he mumbled those words. Was very amusing to see Brynjolf's greeting for Isaac with that those embarrassing, a mischievous one he is making Isaac want to vanish in that moment, to find a horse to crawl into. That part with the deluded guard was funny as well, an odd sort she was. Such a great chapter ^^

Nice chapter. I liked their humble travel with Isaac not really into 'water'!
Lena was a crack up too!
And now I'm looking forward to seeing how Isaac adjusts to life within the Thieves Guild... if he stays.
