What nice timing, just when I will be coming back to Skyrim soon your reworking your lovely textures. Gah I wish alphas did not look so horrible in Skyrim lol.

lol... alpha... the most boring part indeed
particularry if you're using nifskope to preview the thing... it's often more "sensible" than game actual render... things are fine in nifskope... but often messed ingame.
keep always alpha a bit brighter when it's nice in nifskope.
pretty nice hair-fur work btw so far on diffuse...do not fear a stronger specularity
