Found the odd one out?

I noticed this rock wearing a low res texture in Embershard Mine. Note I have several HD texture mods and use Enhanced Lighting mod and also use Post Process Injector 2.1. I had to take a screenshot because it's the only thing I've seen low res and blurry in the game with all these mods.
