So while exiting a building in Markath the gaurds became all excited and I got a red dot on my screen... I look up and there's a Dragolich (see mod Deadly Dragons) which lands in front of us and starts attacking while summoning spectral dragon priests. After a quick battle his dead body fell all the way down here.
