I also don't understand how D.D. could possibly be concerned with the water's temperature: as soon as those smoking-HOT, HOT-blooded, lovely and lethal ladies enter that water, It WON'T be cold for long! Just stay near them, that's all.
What's this?? The lovely but hard Falisa actually has a sense of humour? I've NEVER seen her so much as smile ONCE...until now, that is. Who would have thought?
Ancano is most certainly an arrogant pr*ck, all right....I've got a strong feeling he'll get his well-deserved comeuppance soon, and he'll rue it greatly. Imminent ruage! Mouhahahahahahaha!

There are words of warning written in between the lines of this chapter and some foreshadowing that was easy to miss... looking forward may not be good...
