No ENB, as they tend to fry my old PC.

CoT patch Rain Fog Overcast Performance version 302 (time to update that) - Makes fog look so much better, even without the ENB
Ultimate Lighting Overhaul Enhanced Ultra, v130 (Need to update as well I see) - Good substitute for an ENB for those that can't afford to use one, like me.
