This is very annoying.

I don't know what I did, but now the sun has turned into a massive white hexagon.

<br />The last thing I remember doing was installing Skylight ENB. I also made sure it was compatible with Climates of Tamriel.
<br />It just messed it up completely. Not even a fresh re-installation will fix this issue.
<br />Is there anything I can do anymore?

If not try starting a new game and see if it happens. If it does... well... I would uninstall everything, all mods, and verify you Skyrim folders integrity(this is done in Steam, right-click Skyrim and it under properties. And for future reference there is no need to reinstall Skyrim if you have problem, all you need to do is verify it integrity.). After that you could start another new game and see if the problem is still there. If its gone, you can reinstall your mods... but be carefull... one of your mods caused this issue so be sure to not duplicate the problem.
FYI its very important that once you install a mod that has an esp. you do not remove that mod unless you have a backup from before the mod was installed.
