   Try combining red ,black and white colors ...the blue does not look so good ...try some armors form Tera or uhhh Hentai Nightmare armor.
   Btw is that a scarf or a cloak ?

      should I change the gem colors to red?
      
      The shoulders and bits do come from TERA armors
      I guess what I was trying to achieve is a resourceful dhampir hunter that gives a little red riding hood vibe.
      
      The Scarf and cloak are combined to make a unique effect like it buttons up.
