   I saw this on Youtube and thought that with teh ENb I run and the mods to boot it will do havok on my rig.

      Yeah, but that's a long time ago. For now, the FPS wouldn't drop like rain in the 251 binaries.

      I use Poor Water and use the newest enb, 0.233 with water parallax on, and three tweaked DDS files; and then the DX11 water rendering Skyrim was born.
