Ahzid Dinn, meaning bitter freeze in the language of the Dragon. The most northmost settlement within the whole of modern age Tamriel, with freezing temperatures and a rather treacherous route to its location.
Many come to mine the precious minerals, only a handful choose to stay. The villagers have made use of salvaged Dwemer technology to harness the winds of the ocean and drive turbines which are used to heat their homes.

This village also sits on the very edge of Skyrim so things can get buggy concerning LODs, so all of that mess will need to be sorted out.
