      Circle of protection and the master spell effect undead so add spell absorption/Necromage and you get insane regen.
      Spell absorbtion gives you the base cost per second (I think) so the master spell gives a couple of hundred per second with 100% absorbtion
      Though circle of protection doesn't seem to work all the time for me.

      Your welcome.
      Just make sure you aim for spell absorption after necromage as it boosts most magical effects on a vampire (Including enchants). Atronach stone (50%) + Atronach perk (30%) = 100% for a necro vampire
