Well i finally modded Skyrim again that works like it should.
I did try mod Skyrim again few times but some mods that i was trying use did not work like they should and becuase of that i had to re-instal game few times.
So i did install most same graphic mods again that i did use but i did change water mod to other and added some other mods.

If you ask what ENB im using.
Im using A realistic hope ENB (Performance version of the ENB)

So here is a new screenshot with the mods that im useing and with my new character.
