      That is the Sicarious armor from the Masters of death mod. It comes with a cool hood aswell to complete the look. I have the white and brown variant on. Heres a link

   Shadow striping, it's caused by badly implemented light sources. I'd message the mod authors and have them ask the author of either of these mods how to fix it.
