About this image

I can't help it, I just love vampires.

Now only if this stupid *^#^$*#%* Dawnguard didnt touch the face tint, everything would be a ok ...
But no, now I have a foogly neckseam that forces me to wear neckhiders GRRRR ...

ps. If anyone know how to fix this, please do tell ... ( I have already replaced my femalevampirehead.dds and _ 's with my femalehead.dds and such, but that didnt help (much))

Depends on some factors. If you are using UNP, try UNP Texture Blender. If you have the vanilla body, XCE. Regardless, download the RaceMenu mod and (if I remember correctly) switch the skin color by using ShowRaceMenu. Or maybe (assuming you have Better Vampires) reset vampirism, alter your skin color with the face sculpter/ShowRaceMenu and infect yourself again (still using BV)?

I think the whole problem is that the whole headskincolor doesn't change anymore. I can pull the whole body to pitchblack in the Racemenu and I'll still have a white face >.< All textures a good, I've triple checked that, from what I can make off it its in the Dawnguard on PlayerVampireRace where it goes wrong. Even the lighting of my head doesnt work normal anymore, stand in a shadow and my body is stillvisible whereas my head is pitchblack, not lighted at all.

I shall try what you say about resetting vampirism, I've not tried that one yet and yeh I'm using BV, altho Im not very sure as how to reset vampire lord but we'll see...

      Thanks however for your comment

The lighting phenomenon sounds like a missing msn file on the body or the head.

I lately had a follower installed that gave me a neckseam on my character. I think if a follower comes with bodytextures - and I mean also the msn file - skyrim gets confused wich bodytexture to use. If you change alle the textures to be the same (or at least the same color) you can get rid of the problem. Or just uninstall all followers that come with textures (sadly)
