About this image

There are legends of a people who dedicate their lives to the extermination of all dragons. They are reclusive, appearing and then disappearing when a dragon is found, and then killed. Ironically, it is "they" who are more horrifying then the great wyrms themselves. Those that have seen a Dragonasher always remember the ash charred scales on their skin, and eyes that burn bright like the very beasts they claim to destroy. It is said that when they kill a dragon, that they burn the corpse and consume the dragon's ashes. Many suspect that this dark ritual is meant to mimic how the Dragonborn absorbs the souls of the dragons they slay. Whatever the truth may be, one thing is certain...

...they have returned.

Hello! Welcome to my...exploratory project. This concept actually came about way before Skyrim was revealed back when I was just starting out with Oblivion. It's a strange concidence that Beth's next entry into the series would be perfect for this idea? That the WHOLE concept fits perfectly with the idea of a false dragonborn race...a dark experiment that gave rise to what you see above.

For those that are wondering, this isn't something that will come out any time soon, but I am considering it as a final entry to the Forever Darkness series. That being said, Eris is most definitely involved...

But anyway, on to the questions I'm sure you'll have...

- Is this a dragon/human hybrid race?
Bingo. Don't think I can make that anymore obvious.

- When will it be released?
It will be delayed a year everytime someone asks that question.

- Do they breath fire?!
Sure do. And as you can see in the picture, they have hot fiery coals for boogers too.

- What happened to this project in Oblivion?
Beth was in the middle of centering Skyrim around killer sweet rolls, saw my idea, and stole it obviously. They had lawyers, I had college debt.

Will you ever actually release any of your planned mods?.. I swear I've seen at least 2 which I've been really looking forward to trying, yet have never seen the light of day...

Already told you how amazed I am with this project. Probably the most exciting one (for me) yet.
Have all my kudos and endorsements, good Sir.

Also, I love the amount of work on details you put in your PS work. Even the inside of his (her?!) scarf is glowing

All I can say is wow, the picture is amazing itself. The lore behind it though is even greater knowledge.

So you sort of inspired the Dragonborn idea? If so that is really cool.

I see from your Oblivion profile you've been working on this storyline continuing from a past storyline for a long time. I admire your dedication.

Will be here waiting for the finish of Forever Darkness even if it won't be here until TES VI.

Haha, it would be great that I actually did inspire the Dragonborn concept, but sadly that isn't true. It was put into the TES lore long before I ever started modding Oblivion. All of what I said was a part of my usual sarcasm.
