Little late to the party but I just bought the Dragonborn DLC and am really enjoying it so far.

The ENB i'm using is a heavily modified
Kyo "Standard" Variant of Project Matso ENB.

    I only got all the DLC a while ago and I found the only way to be ready for Solstheim was to bring 3 dragon souls with me. So much time was wasted with Miraak stealing all the souls from dragons.
