Believe it or not I wasn't using a ENB or anything like that when I took this screenshot. What you see is actually a glitch that happened when I was taking a screenshot in one of the rooms inside Darkwater Pass for a possible new background for my desktop once I grew tired of my current background and I accidentally moved the camera underwater and this was the effect it had. Anyway I thought it looked cool so I took some snapshots of it and decided to share one of them with you all.
Anyway feel free to share your thoughts and as always thanks for stopping by I hope you didn't find this to be a waste of your time.
