You have to check something in MCM to make this spell have visual changes. I think they are not done by default.

If not, then they are from Nevenbridge's "Natural eyes": http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3589/?
Those are the only eyes mods I am using (except the Anardion's Underworld eyes: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/22619//? but those are the eyes you see when looking like a vampire)
