      This picture is from my character, but yes, my follower can follow in game, fight, cast spells, etc...
      
      
      But
      
      
      I still have a weird head texture/warpaint texture issue with my follower, making all her head appears black, except the eyes and the hair.

      The bug only in game? Did you exported her FaceGen from CK?

      Only in-game.
      
      Creation Kit dosent display warpaint, but everything else is ok.
      Skyrim NPC Editor ===> Everything is ok.

      If you have the FaceGen warpaint file ok and saved you can select the character in CK then press "Crtl+F4" and export the mesh and warpaint - If the warpaint dds file didn't exported as intended then you can replace the exported one by the previously saved Warpaint (If you are using Racemenu mod you can export the proper warpaint there and then replace the one that CK created).
