You are able to dominate the will of your enemies just by looking at them.
Conditions: Life Blood level higher than the enemy level. Enemy is not unique character.

      Will support everything. It doesn't change the native system and it is designed to be compatible with other vampire mods.

      ahh wow so will just affect the vampire lord?

      The ability of making thralls will be available from the human form. But most spells are made for the Vampire Lord only.
