There's an amusing bug in Skyrim (surprised?) wherein, if you swim through a body of water with Followers in tow, they remain in the swimming animation until you turn and look at them. Even if you're miles inland. I made it all the way to the College without looking at Nei and got some lovely screenshots along the way.
