Do you have Dawnguard installed? Your sky looks very similar to the darkened sky when you blot out the sun. This only happens during the evening? Have you messed with any ENBs, color palettes, or possibly Imaginator?
Do you have any lighting mods?Like climates of Tamriel? (If you don't have it installed,try getting it,it looks nice and has no performance hit,and since it's changing the sky,it might fix the issue)please reply to let me know if this fixed it or not EDIT:Also,your char looks like an elven Geralt of Rivia lol
Okay,also,if you're serious about the enb business,I reccomend MATSO ENB,it's beautiful,not too cpu heavy,and there is a version compatible with climates of tamriel

I recommend washing it more often.
