Heceril's a character of mine that I had often thought about what I'd do with, he started off just as an Altmer who liked Nord culture enough to try and emulate it and shifted on over to joining the Stormcloaks because of his hate for the Thalmor, the group he felt ruined his race and not because he agreed with Ulfric's views.
