This is part of a larger mod I'm working on. The guitar will be two handed (based on a great sword since the diagonal back mount seemed most suited to a guitar). I had some issues with it, including a bizarre situation with a mysterious green texture on the neck. No texture was green; no specular highlight was green. Nothing. @_X It was one of the simplest shapes in the overall mesh! Finally I resorted to fusing the neck to the bottom piece of the guitar, and whala! Problem solved. Maybe it was a hiccup with the NIF export?
Then there was the distance on the back that the guitar sat. For some outfits/armors it was fine. I discovered a setting to control that, but it's per armor. So if there's something you use where the guitar is too close, then you can set it in the CK for that armor (1.5 worked for me), and good to go. The Vanilla armors seemed fine.
Hand clipping, however, . . . I can't do anything about. The neck is as thin as I could make it (wider than normal--not by much--but also much thinner). The neck is also angled--not straight, so that didn't help.
There's more to the mod. Almost done modeling. Almost . . . Then I'll upload it. I don't plan on any enchantments this time around (at least to start) so that will hasten the finish a bit.

Just wanted to add--don't expect a whole band ensemble. Don't want to be tarred and feather over disappointment. Can't wait to see your new image set--whatever it might be.

Problem solved! Just going to have to use some "care" in placement of this item in the world space. :O
