I want to put Skyrim graphics to THE absolute maximum possible. For those who are interrested to maxed out the graphics, this is what I did :

If a mod let me choose multiple performance option, I alway choose the more graphics intensive ones.

* ENB are matter of personnal preferences. Personnaly, I absolutely hate Bloom effect and avoid ENB with strong bloom effect. I may switch to RealVision ENB or SharpShooter Extreme ENB in a near future...

Captain Obvious says : You need a very strong computer to run all these modes.
